Through this Seminar the Fitness trainers learned the modern fitness and wellness techniques, got more familiar with the GNC products and provided an open platform forum to exchange their view and clear their doubts on fitness and wellness The Four hour session was attended by Top 100+plus Fitness Trainers from different zones of Bihar, Mr. Pradeep Mishra – Marketing Lead GNC, Mr, Rahul Juneja– CMD- House Of Supplement, Mr. Bablu Yadav – IBBF 2022 – Mr. India – Mr. Bihar and Guest Speaker Celebrity Fitness Trainer – Mr. Sameer Ansari who has been training the Bollywood celebrities like Huma Quereshi, Pulkit Samrat, Yami Gautam, Urvashi Rautela and many more. The seminar focused on the Importance of Right Training Skills, Right Knowledge, and Right Diet Plans as per Goals.
